Waiting Around [Oct 29, After-class]

This was either the start, or the end, of a wonderfully annoying couple of days. Whichever way it mattered, it didn't, but Cian was along for the ride anyway. Seeing as he'd taken a devilish kind of interest he'd been waiting around in the halls of the North tower that lead to the Thunderbird common area but preceded it by a bit.
This was an endeavor doomed to fail spectacularly. Yet, when'd that ever stop anyone who lived instead of survived?
And so he came, once more, into the halls of the North Tower seeking the apple of his eye, or at least the girl he was chasing after. Two years older than he, the head of the Thunderbirds, and he didn't even really have her name yet. Yet, he chased, because that was what he chose to do. Here among the halls of a house that might have been his, if things were a little different in his past.
Hanging out leaning up against a wall he watched the passerby's come and go, passing off smug looks to those who he noticed but otherwise thinking of other things. Hands firmly in his pockets as he used his elbows to balance himself.
He'd come yesterday, twice even, and before classes today as well. Now, he was back again, for one last attempt.
