Noir-Dreams [Day 2]

[Rahvin]

The girl narrows her eyes, "I'm not sure who you think you are, but we have permission to be out at night!" It is about this time that Cian noticed the "Head Girl" emblazoned on her robes under the sigil of the Thunderbird.

Seeing this, Cian begins to think that, maybe, one of those in the room had a looked a little bit like the seventh year Pukwudgie who served as head boy for the house.

[Cian]

"Right, but you still had a pretty good reason to get outta there before the Headmaster found you," he said, laying out his hands at his waist as if he had revealed the key to the plot.

Cian smirks, continuing, "So, what I'm seeing is... heads of the houses come together for, what was it called again... it's got magic, and dragons, but you know, not the magic like we know it yea?"

[Rahvin]

The girl snorts, "And who's going to be believed? The head girl or the... what, fourth year caught sneaking around in the dead of night? What house are you from?"

[Cian]

"You've done a pretty good job of convincing me not to tell you so far," he said with a smirk. Pushing himself up on the wall a bit so he was standing just a little bit more up straight.

"Fifth year," he coughed lightly, "by the way. Anyway, I'm from the Pukwudgie. Doesn't matter much, yea? Cause as much as we dance around this, who would believe who, you'd still be risking what you just gained by helping me out for... malice? And, well," he shrugs, "I don't think that you're that type"

[Rahvin]

The head girl narrows her eyes, "10 points from Pukwudgie for being out after curfew! An extra 10 points from Pukwudgie for trying to blackmail the head girl! And 10 points from Pukwudgie for being an insufferable ass!"

[Cian]

"Ouch," he held a hand over his heart, "you wound me."

[Rahvin]

"Now get back to your dorm and I won't get the professors involved!" She points in the rough direction of the east tower. "And don't let me catch you sneaking around at night again!"

[Cian]

"Stern," he said, pushing himself off the support and walking out a few steps before turning about on a heel. "Still, I think I've at least earned a name? I did give you mine after all, it's only fair."

[Rahvin]

Her pointing hand forcefully points again, "Your dorm. Now, Cian."

There is a certain tone behind her words that brings fear of consequences up in the pit of Cian's stomach - that, perhaps, her voice would be loud enough to draw attention. After all, it was very possible there was another pukwudgie around - or, even worse, the headmaster wandering back to his office would hear the commotion.
